This recipe is super easy. Just blend all of these ingredients in your blender on high or on the smoothie mode for a minute or so until blended.
Ingredients:

2. Ginger: Promotes healthy blood pressure, treats the flu and great for a detox

4. Honey: Is a probiotic, soothes the throat & is a blood pressure regulator. Its also a great replacement for sugar to make your smoothies taste yummy! #savethebees 🐝
