Good Afternoon beautiful souls,
Today we will be going over the new regime I have been incorporating into my daily routine and why. This blog is not sponsored or paid for. I am not a Doctor and all of these research findings were on the good old Google express. These certain products just stood out price wise and ingredients wise. Each of these products do have Instagram handles that I will tag in my feed post on @savorandsmoke

1.The first product that I received was Zinc Lozenge from Nature's Sunshine.
-This certain Lozenge includes 3.5 mg of Zinc and 60 mg of Vitamin C. Isaac (my boyfriend) is still working through all of this (the pandemic) so we are taking one of these daily. Zinc keeps your Immune system strong, helps heal wounds and promotes normal growth. Vitamin C is required for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. A Lozenge is perfect for this virus because it helps coat the throat to keep the virus at bay. This virus has a very minimal taste which is perfect for on your way to work in the morning.
-A extra thing I noticed about this company/product that was very positive was that the bottle was made from 100% post consumer recycled material. I think its important that all Companies strive to make their products reusable or recyclable.

2. The second product I received was The Yuve High potency Medicinal Shrooms.
- The combination of these mushrooms promote immunity, focus and energy. The mushrooms found in this mix is 167 mg of Chaga Extract, Red Reishi Extract, Lions Mane Extract, Cordyceps Extract, Turkey Tail Extract and Maitake Extract. This product is a powder so its great for smoothies, tea and coffee. I threw this in my Strawberry Banana smoothie it changed the taste slightly but didn't taste bad and gave me a decent amount of energy. Now I want to start to explain why these mushrooms could be beneficial to our health.
